Welcome to the Vyzor VoiceLive Knowledge Base
Here is a collection of solutions to issues that users of Vyzor VoiceLive have reported.
1. I got my serial number, but I can't find the download link!

If you haven't downloaded the Vyzor VoiceLive installer from the TC-Helicon website yet, here are the links:

Vyzor VoiceLive for Mac (OS X)

2. (Mac OS X only) Vyzor VoiceLive could not be launched because of a shared library error: <UniQuest><UniQuest><OtAMidiLib><> What I can do?

This issue is specific to OS X Tiger and our original Mac installer. It can be corrected by running the freeware application BatCHMod (http://www.macchampion.com/arbysoft/ ).

1. Launch BatCHMod and click on the File... button.

2. Select the Vyzor VoiceLive application icon from your Applications folder.

3. Next select the following options in BatCHMod (with your user name instead of 'Tony'):

BatCHMod Options

4. Click the Apply button. Vyzor VoiceLive should now run without this problem occuring.

3. Autosensing fails every time & nothing uploads from the VoiceLive when I click the 'Get' Button.
In every case so far, if this was not a MIDI Cable or interface driver issue, it was because the VoiceLive was not running the latest firmware. Please make sure your VoiceLive is loaded with firmware Version 1.03, which is available from www.tc-helicon.tc.
